The Situation
Jack had spent years inside agencies building other people's businesses. He knew the industry inside out. But making the leap from employee to founder — and building something that reflected his own value — is a completely different challenge.
He was early in the journey, full of ideas, but lacking direction on how to turn them into a pipeline, a model and a business that could actually sustain him. The confidence to charge what he was worth and the clarity on exactly what he was building — both needed work.
The Work
We got into the foundations — what Between Worlds Studio actually stood for, who it was for and how to communicate that in a way that attracted the right clients. The core of the work was shaping his value proposition: getting crystal clear on what made his offer distinct, and making sure the language around it reflected that — not the watered-down version he'd defaulted to from years inside agencies.
A big part of that process was dismantling the narratives he'd carried in with him — about what he could charge, what he deserved, what was realistic. Those stories weren't true. They were just familiar. Once they were out of the way, the strategy had room to actually work.
