Meet the Founder

I spent a decade working inside broken creative businesses as the operational backbone behind founders. Running delivery, managing clients, training teams, building the systems that kept things alive and moving - without the title to match.

More often than not, when I left - the business crumbled.

In May 2024 I was made redundant. So I took every experience, every mistake I'd witnessed and lived through, and built Creative Wingwoman from scratch. No startup capital. No existing client base.

Within 14 months I was working with founders across the UK, US, Canada and Africa.

From pre-revenue startups to scaling agencies - I've seen 50 shades of how not to grow a creative business. And I've seen what actually works when you stop running it like a scattered freelancer and start building it like a founder.
