The Situation
Chloe was in the middle of one of the most disorienting transitions a creative founder can make — moving from a freelancer identity to building a proper studio with high-ticket offers. The work was there. The talent was there. But the business side of the transition felt like a giant unknown, and she'd been navigating it mostly alone.
Self-doubt was showing up at the worst moments. The pricing felt uncomfortable. The positioning wasn't quite landing. And without someone in her corner who actually understood the creative industry, it was hard to know which direction to move in.
The Work
Chloe came to Creative Wingwoman for a Day Intensive - three hours to get under the hood together and move things forward fast.
We worked through her positioning for the studio, sharpened her hooks, restructured her pricing to reflect the value she was already delivering, and refined her offer architecture for the high-ticket market she was moving into. But the thread running through all of it was mindset - specifically, rebuilding her sense of her own value at a moment when the external signals weren't quite there yet.
What Changed
Chloe left with clarity on her positioning, a pricing structure that reflected where the studio was heading — not where she'd come from — and the mindset reset that made the rest of it possible. The self-doubt didn't disappear overnight, but she had a framework for challenging it and a clear direction to move in.
