ANGELA ROCHE

Brand Strategist | Manchester, UK
Growing faster than she could handle, burning out doing it alone — until the positioning, pricing and structure caught up with the pace.
"She's helped me with positioning, pricing and time management - and honestly I've learned it's all connected."
The Situation
Angela's brand was strong and growing. But growth without structure is just chaos at a faster pace — and that's where she found herself. More work coming in than she had systems to handle, a brand that needed repositioning to reflect where she was heading rather than where she'd been, and the creeping exhaustion of managing all of it alone.
She was burning out doing everything herself and needed someone who understood the creative industry specifically — not a generic business coach who'd never touched this world.
The Work
We worked through her positioning first — getting clear on who exactly she wanted to be working with and what the brand needed to say to attract them. Then we tackled pricing, making sure it reflected the value she was delivering and created the margins she needed to grow without it costing her health. And underneath all of it, we got into service scope and time management — because as Angela put it, it's all connected.
What Changed
Angela left with a repositioned brand narrative, pricing that matched her value and a structure that meant she wasn't the single point of failure for every moving part. The burnout didn't just come from overworking — it came from doing it without a system. That changed.
In Her Words
"Creative folk.. we're great at the creative stuff, but the business side? Not always our strong suit. That's exactly why we need a creative industries wingwoman. She's helped me with positioning, pricing and time management - and honestly I've learned it's all connected. Can't recommend her enough. She gets our pain points and actually knows how to tackle them."
